Hi, I am Kannan, currently living in the beautiful and vibrant city of London in the United Kingdom.
I write software for a living, in my free time i love to wander around the hills and trek the rugged landscapes and have an insatiable quest for adventure activities.
The seeds of inspiration for photography, definitely is from my Dad, from the good old days of film photography, chemical film processing and my favorite place was his Dark room where his wonderful photographs revealed colour. He used to play around a lot with his old Vivitar and Roliflex cameras, I was an admirer of his photo collection and loved his collection of transparencies very much.
So this is how this photography hobby got instigated in me!
Realised something magical in photography from the day i got my first Sony Prosumer DSC-V3 camera and something made it interesting about capturing the moment in a photograph, from then on I have learnt a lot on photography and practice it along with my other passion…. that’s Traveling, there is a magical fantasy to traveling, learning different cultures and seeing the world around is in itself a moral boost.
Photography taught me to look at the intrinsic beauty of nature and its vibrancy which amazed me and is still doing so. Standing in front of natures diverse beauty and awe is in itself a form of meditation, a never ending quest for beauty and the challenge of finding the next beautiful shot that i can capture and mastering the skills needed to do the same, the albums here are a collection and reflection of some of those moments.
